Here are the best RPG podcasts I've found out there. And I'll tell you, if you listen to these in the days leading up to a game night, you will be pumped to play. In order of preference:

While we're talking about RPG podcasts, do your inner nerd a favor and give this specific D&D podcast a listen. It's a celebrity D&D game, including Wil Wheaton and the guys from Penny Arcade. It's about 2 hours, and I laughed very hard listening to it. (Granted I've heard this group game before on the podcast, so I had some history. But I don't think it's needed.)
